The National Disability Insurance Agency acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of Country throughout Australia and acknowledges their continuing connection to land, sea and community. We pay our respects to the people, the cultures and the Elders past, present and emerging.

Diligent Tribe are proud to announce that we are now offering Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports to our expanding list of services. SIL can be accessed by Participants with SIL funding in their Plan.

SIL supports are delivered respectfully in a Participant’s home to facilitate the advancement of independent skills building. Like all Diligent Tribe supports, SIL uses a person centered approach where a Participant’s goals, culture, lifestyle and circumstances are taken into account when planning support. The Participant is central to all decision making and all supports can be customized to best suit a Participant’s wants and needs as they change in keeping with the spirit of choice and control as a key aspect of the NDIS.

Diligent Tribe have enjoyed a successful first two years providing 24 hour in home supports, home and gardening assistance, Support Coordination, short term accommodation and assistance with NDIS planning. Adding SIL to our list of services allows Diligent Tribe to help Participant’s make their next steps out of home or their previous accommodation. We have experience in delivering 24/7 support to Participants who require support outside of their home. Diligent Tribe management team comes from a residential support background ensuring that all SIL supports are delivered to the highest standard and with a passion for positive results for Participants guided by firsthand experience.
